Jamie’s approach to personal training starts with the big picture — not just the muscles that hurt, but the patterns behind them.

🔎 Functional Assessment – 60 min

This isn’t your average “touch your toes” screen. It’s a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation of how your body moves — identifying imbalances, compensations, and movement habits that may be causing pain or underperformance. You’ll leave with clarity, a game plan, and likely a few “ah-ha” moments about how your body works.

💪 Ongoing Training – 30 or 60 min

From your assessment, Jamie builds a program that fits your body, your goals, and your life. Sessions are practical, efficient, and hands-on — you’ll sweat, but you’ll also learn.


✔️ Individual personal training (1–3x/week)
✔️ Small group training (up to 3 people)
✔️ Functional strength, mobility, and performance training (individual needs-based frequency)


This isn’t just a workout. It’s movement mentorship for real people who want to feel and perform at their best.
